Who's the bride? // Surprise Bridal Shower

This past Saturday, I had the honor of being a part of Sinalyn's surprise bridal shower.  I knew this lovely person since the 6th grade and it's so heart-warming to run into old friends and see them settling down.  Despite, Jenifer's many failed attempts to not say the bride's name as a part of the luncheon's game, it was easy to feel the love and excitement in the air for the soon-to-be Mrs. Tagata!

The countdown begins until graduation and while we were swamped with final projects, we finally took the time to take our senior portraits together.  Despite the wind and the rain looming over the islands, we had a successful shoot.

Despite that fact that we are all growing apart and following our dreams, it is always a pleasure when we return and go on random photoshoots on the either side of the island.  I am so thankful to have friends that are willing to make time and just have fun. I have been blessed to be surrounded with all my friends, not just those in these following pictures, but overall, being able to meet like-minded individuals make life worth its journey.  Anyway...

The camera LOVES Erika! I always tell her how she should model because she definitely has the exotic beauty that would grace all magazines.  I honestly hope that one day someone will scout her and take her headshots for bigger companies to see.  Consider this your first look at Erika's career...

 I was so excited when I found these photos because Josh looked so nice and spiffy in these photos and very "GQ-magazine-ish" in the middle photo.  I decided to process his photo in black and white because it just adds to the intensity of his look and the overall vibe he was giving...

Randi is such a great sport! Despite being in the heat for so long I asked if she could run across the field so I could create a "free-spirited" vibe to her photos.  If you haven't noticed yet, I absolutely LOVE candid photos...
